About Me
I´ve always had a passion finding solutions for people to improve their lives and become the best version of themselves. My friends and family always tell me they appreciate how structured, organized and visionary I am, and they love how I see the “bigger picture”…
After my studies at Ludwig Maximilian University Munich and several phases of living abroad, I decided to become self-employed in the music & event industry. I also worked with a business and personal coach during that time, and what I learned was highly valuable for me personally and professionally.
My coach also told me he can see me as a mentor and motivator for others.
After an accident changed my view about life and health in general, I became a Health & Lifestyle Coach at BTB and Chopra Institute, to support people in forming healthy habits and making better food choices.
Due to my turbulent divorce during Corona times (when the event industry was locked down), I decided that everything I learned and went through would be valuable for others, too, so I became a certified Life & Relationship Gender Intelligence Coach at Mars Venus Coaching Institute.
Since I went through challenging times in my own life and relationships, it is now my concern to show others their way back to life and into a fulfilling relationship again – and yes, it is possible. I will be honored to share the skills and knowledge I gained over the years to make you more successful and happy in all the main areas in your life.
